Cheri Sugal created Integrity Global Partners and recruited the co-founding team. She brings almost 30 years in the conservation and carbon industry with on-the-ground experience in 65 countries. She has deep experience delivering projects in emerging markets, with governments, NGOs, communities, and the private sector and financial structuring to facilitate early private financing into emission reduction projects.

Cheri’s previous roles included:

• Co-Founder, Chief Technical & Investment Officer at Imperative Global Group 
• Head of Structured Carbon Finance at South Pole Carbon Asset Management 
• Founder of Cheri Sugal Consulting, 10 years developing advising on the design of jurisdictional and national emission reductions programs (Mexico, Cambodia, Guyana, Zambia). 
• Director for Africa & Latin America at Terra Global Capital; and 
• Founder & Senior Director of the $100M Global Conservation Fund at Conservation International 

Louie Psihoyos is an Academy Award-winning filmmaker and Executive Director of the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS). He is recognized as one of the top still photographers in the world, having created iconic images for National Geographic for 18 years, and hundreds of covers for other magazines. Believing that film can be the most powerful weapon in the world, Louie founded OPS with Silicon Valley entrepreneur Jim Clark in 2005.

An ardent diver and dive photographer, Psihoyos’ mission is to show the world the decline of the oceans–our planet’s most crucial resource. Circling the globe dozens of times on photographic missions, he collects the imagery and stories underlying the compelling issues that challenge and threaten the natural world while connecting with environmentalists who are working to save the planet.

Psihoyos’ first documentary film, The Cove, won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Film of 2009 and over 75 other awards around the world. An annual dolphin hunt in a secret cove in Taiji, Japan suggests a microcosm of a larger picture: man’s disregard for the planet. The film garnered immense critical praise and has been seen by millions of viewers worldwide.

His second film, Racing Extinction, follows a team of artists and activists as they expose the hidden world of extinction with never-before-seen images. The film premiered on Discovery in 220 countries and territories on the same day, was nominated for an Emmy (Exceptional Merit in Documentary Filmmaking) and an Academy-Award (Best Song), and sparked the #StartWith1Thing movement. With partner Obscura Digital, Psihoyos was the creative mind behind the unprecedented large-scale video projections of endangered species onto the United Nations Headquarters, Empire State Building, and the Vatican.

Psihoyos most recently finished directing The Game Changers, executive produced by James Cameron. The film tells the story of James Wilks — an elite special forces trainer and winner of The Ultimate Fighter — as he travels the world on a quest for the truth behind the world’s most dangerous myth: that meat is necessary for protein, strength and optimal health. What James discovers permanently changes his relationship with food and his definition of true strength.

Through the production of compelling film and imagery underlined by moving narratives, contemporary crises, and heroic film subjects, Louie Psihoyos is radically changing how people perceive documentaries. OPS’ film credits include Racing Extinction, The Cove, Game Changers, and Leuser: The Last Place on Earth (in production).

Marjai Roberts hails from Atlanta, GA and is the Founder and CEO of NuNotions, the Yelp of inclusive beauty and personal care product reviews. Marjai's career in technology and media spans 10+ years in both Fortune 50 and early-stage startups, such as Google, YouTube, and musical.ly, where she previously ran Global Music Partnerships and its first employee in Los Angeles, which was later acquired by ByteDance and is now TikTok. Marjai is also on the Board of Directors of SchollyMe, the #1 sports recruiting app for student-athletes and is an advisor for several early-stage consumer startups and brands on their social and marketing efforts, also earning her a co-founder title at ZigZag, the latest social video collaboration app. Marjai's ultimate passion is supporting and creating access and resources for underrepresented communities

Jason Petralia is a tech innovation leader, investor, and advisor, having pioneered multiple product initiatives in a number of areas including consumer healthcare, fitness, retail, games, gaming, start-ups, software, education, medical devices, usability, analytics, productivity, entertainment and more, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups.  Most recently, Jason was SVP of Content at Skillz, Inc (NYSE:SKLZ).

A driven CEO track record of successful exits including the first Esports Company (#1 Inc 5000 in 2017) to IPO and the development of  technology innovator Raizlabs/Rightpoint (Acquired by Genpact NYSE:G), Jason is currently fighting climate change as CEO and Founder of Anthropogenic Inc. 

Kim Kolt is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Bay Bridge Ventures, an Institutional ESG and Sustainability focused venture capital firm.  

She is also the Founder & President of For Good Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in and supports disruptive technologies benefitting humanity or the environment as their core business missions. For Good Venture’s investment verticals include Clean Tech, Bio Tech, Education & Jobs, Health Care, and Women.  

Prior to For Good Ventures, Kim worked with Goldman Sachs in their Technology Investment Banking Groups in San Francisco and Los Angeles and previously Deutsche Bank in NYC. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  

Kim is a board member and/or advisor to a number of early stage companies in ESG including Provenance Bio, New Day Impact Investing, Copia, and Primary Ocean Producers. Kim is actively involved in non-profits including sponsoring the creation of the California Chapter of the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, the Oceanic Preservation Society, the International Ocean Film Festival in San Francisco, The Representation Project for gender equality, and Global Citizen’s initiative supporting Girls & Women.

Mark Rowland is British/Australian and started his career with PwC in corporate finance and then moved to management consulting where he was a strategy consultant to Global 500 companies in Asia Pacific and Europe. Mark then became GM Strategy & Business Development for Australia’s largest company, then he was CEO of Wagamama in Australia prior to launching a tech startup where he was CEO and Co-founder.

After the successful exit of this startup Mark relocated to the US to assist Tony Hsieh with his Downtown Project initiative, which was a $400m project to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Las Vegas. Now Mark is the Innovation Actualizer of AFWERX Vegas, an innovation hub that is finding innovation from non-traditional sources to support the US Air Force.  His purpose in life is to use his fun-loving intrepid nature, passion and ability to inspire others to positively impact the equality; creativity; vitality; sustainability and happiness of the world through his active involvement with entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial ventures, and ecosystems. 

Vice President of Customer Marketing & Strategic Insight at ‎The Coca-Cola Company, Robin Arielle Torres serves a team of world class marketers delivering strategy, insights and programming for regional, national and international customers. She strives to be a passionate voice for their guests, inspire marketing innovation, and promote the journey to diversity and sustainability. Her experience spans restaurant, lodging and entertainment channels. Prior to joining the Company, Robin worked as a copywriter and advertising manager in Atlanta, Georgia. Dan Rosenstein is a Financial Advisor with experience in asset and liability management for high net worth individuals, businesses, foundations and endowments. He provides highly customized portfolios and investment strategies in addition to efficient financing strategies and risk management for clients. Every engagement with a client starts with a comprehensive review of their current overall financial life, resulting in a carefully drafted financial plan that outlines the steps necessary to help achieve their short and long term financial goals.

Philanthropy, Impact, Diversity and the Arts are particularly important to Dan. Dan sits on multiple not-for-profit boards and advisory committees.

As the EVP of Media, Olivia Steier oversees content development and production for the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company. During her fifteen years in the entertainment field, Olivia has held a variety of roles, primarily within the content development and casting space. 

Prior to joining the HOFV, she worked at Fullscreen as a Director of Original Programming, which was a SVOD (Subscription VIdeo on Demand) service under Otter Media, a joint venture between Chernin Entertainment and AT&T, where she worked on both Scripted and Unscripted programming. While at Fullscreen, she led the creative process in its entirety, from buying pitches and creating ideas to developing scripts and producing series. Some critically acclaimed shows she oversaw at the streamer were Keeping Score,” House Divided”, and Bret Easton Ellis’ directorial debut, “The Deleted”. 

She has also held positions FOX and the CW Network. Throughout her career, her primary responsibilities have been developing short-form and long-form television content, overseeing production, and packaging completed shows for distribution.

Olivia is a part of the program America Needs You mentorship program for first-generation college students. Olivia is a 3x New York City marathon runner and has raised thousands of dollars for the North Shore Animal League.

AY Young is 1 of 17 youth leaders chosen by the United Nations - the only one from the United States.  

He is a producer, singer, songwriter, entertainer, and entrepreneur. He first began writing poetry at 14, a reaction to the great disparity in Kansas City known as “the Troost divide.” 

While touring the USA, AY learned that over 1 billion people lack access to electricity. So AY began powering concerts using renewable energy, raising awareness about sustainability, and fundraising to bring people electricity. Thus, the Battery Tour was born and has plugged in 17 countries to date.

AY landed on The X Factor TV show in 2012 and received four YES’. Inspired, AY hit the streets performing his original music, garnering a grassroots following and has played with artists Wiz Khalifa, SHAGGY, T-Pain, Flo-rida, Aaron Carter and others.

He's developed Project 17 – a music album based on United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Each of the songs will represent a different goal, feature a prominent recording artists, and support an impact partner.  

Billy Dec is a 2 time Emmy Award Winning TV Personality, Actor, Attorney, Restaurateur, and owner of celebrated hospitality and entertainment venues like Sunda New Asian and The Underground Nightclub. In addition to being CEO/Founder of Rockit Ranch, a hospitality management company, Dec launched a new cutting edge marketing agency called COACT, and an HR firm called HR Pro, both built on leveraging growing communities of top independent talent in their respective industries.Dec can regularly be seen on NBC's TODAY Show, acting in films and on TV shows like Criminal Minds and Empire, hosting his own podcast “The Meal of Your Life!” and is hosting/producing a new documentary for PBS he recently shot in his mother’s native island of the Philippines. Dec is a Chicago-Kent College of Law and Harvard Business School Alum, who was a Presidential appointee for five years, serving on the White House Advisory Commission on Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders, and the White House Bullying Prevention Task Force, and served on many local committees, boards, and commissions to serve the community. 

 Lisa Hendricks is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, manager, and producer. She has a unique history having spent 18 years as a music artist manager working with artists, then co-founding a web development studio at the inception of the internet in Los Angeles and taking it public in 1999. She has a great depth of experience and relationships throughout the entertainment and technology fields.
