Greg McAdoo is a venture capitalist and technology executive, with deep experience in internet services, mobile, energy and technology investments. 
Greg was a senior partner at Sequoia capital for more than 12 years where he led investments in many breakout companies including Y Combinator, AirBnB and Isilon. Many of his investments, such as live music search company Songkick, and photo sharing company Bump (acquired by Google, now google photos) utilize AI-power technology. Greg is also deeply involved with aerospace companies, having put some of the first capital into Boom Supersonic, and OrbitFab (Greg is a member of the board of the Smithsonian's National Air & Space museum in Washington DC). Prior to Sequoia, Greg held a variety of executive level positions, including CEO or Sentient Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems).

Raghu Kilambi is a highly respected executive with 25 years of experience in building businesses and creating shareholder value. He has garnered success as a proven business leader, having raised over $1 billion of equity and debt capital for growth companies. 

Raghu has served as a board member and/or investor to several technology companies that were subsequently acquired by Yahoo, eBay, CGI and Syndigo. Currently, he’s the CEO of a groundbreaking hydrogen company called PowerTap.

With over 20 years of international career, Juliana Rolla has consolidated herself in the market as a strategist in sustainability and territorial development, designing and developing business models capable of generating value to stakeholders. Her main premise is the systemic approach to sustainability linked to innovation and smart financial mechanisms. She had her first experience in the carbon market in 2004 in Europe - where she lived for over a decade during the first stage of the Kyoto Protocol, and since then has been developing projects, and negotiating carbon credits and other environmental assets.

Graduated in Foreign Trade, she took several courses in the area of sustainability in Europe, MBA in Corporate Finance and is currently pursuing her PhD in Environmental Engineering at the University of Rome - Tor Vergata. In 2009, she founded Eco Business Solutions. From all the experience consolidated as Eco, structured a new business model and conducted a round of investment to give rise to OMA ATIVOS AMBIENTAIS S.A, of which she is co-founder and CEO.

She is a volunteer director of Pro Natura International, a member of the Remtech Europe Scientific Technical Committee, and has worked and lived in several countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Egypt, Mexico, among others, USA and others.

Bennett Johnson III has spent over 25 years holding various public and private sector fiscal and executive roles including serving as the City of Chicago’s Budget Director in the Office of Budget and Management. He specializes managing company financial systems and controls and in assessing both the qualitative and quantitative values of an asset. 

As Budget Director, he was responsible for preparing and executing the City’s $6 billion annual operating and $2 billion annual capital budgets for over 40 departments with more than 35,000 employees. Mr. Johnson was oversaw the City’s performance management initiative, which evaluated the efficiency and efficacy of all City operations and drove management reforms that improved the City’s fiscal condition and increased taxpayer value.

Bennett speaks extensively across the country and has chaired special committees on various topics from business process improvement to the environment to PPP best practices to information technology. He serves various non-for-profit boards and strongly believes in giving back. 

He received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering Sciences from Harvard University, and received his master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics.

 Jasmine Kahen Rastegar is currently an avid homemaker and dedicated philanthropist.

She believes that a full and happy life consists of keeping a close knit family as well as a close knit inner and then greater community. 

Ms. Rastegar was born in Tehran, Iran and moved to Los Angeles, California with her family following the Islamic revolution which rendered her and her Jewish family marginalized and in danger of religious persecution. Now, she is a proud US citizen and takes pleasure in putting her privilege and liberties to positive use by helping others. 

A proud graduate of UCLA and then Abraham Lincoln University, School of Law, shewas inspired to pursue a career in law so that she may carry out justice in an often unjust world. Later, her marriage to Dr. Jacob Rastegar led her to carry her passion of philanthropy to new heights as they shared fervor for doing charity and founded their very own nonprofit, Tree of Love Foundation, Inc. 

Ms. Rastegar looks forward to further her quest to heal the world one kind deed at a time in the company of her dear husband, three children and extended family. 

Peter Bowers is a multi-Telly, AVA and Emmy award winning producer bringing 25 years of entertainment experience in music, film, tv, and media advancement with Platinum and Gold records along with four Guinness World Records (for most cameras used in a concert recording).  He has produced talent such as Rage Against the Machine, Alicia Keys, Foo Fighters, Slash, Kings of Leon, STP, KD Lang and Kiss. His early career as a nationally touring recording artist, singer/songwriter, and concert promoter from Chicago lends a special touch to his craft.

After producing Rage Against The Machine Live from London, a legendary free concert event of 80 thousand attendees to benefit homeless shelters, Bowers then pioneered an MCN from a new mobile app and trans media campaigns via an advanced distribution platform that connects concerts, broadcasts, and theatrical premiers live to the world. These include Streaming, Mobile, and OTT formats, which led to the award-winning concert app Qello, known as the Netflix of concert films.

EVP of content strategy for the award-winning entertainment group City Drive Studios, Peter produced a primetime TV series for PBS, Landmarks Live in Concert – a travel-documentary series hosted by Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Featured talent included; Alicia Keys, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Brad Paisley, Will I Am, Andrea Bocelli, Profits of Rage, KD Lang and Kiss. 

After co-creating Film.io, a blockchain based  DAO, democratizing Hollywood by greenlighting fan tokened films and EdgeTv action sports lifestyle App., Peter is currently a partner of JBTV Media and JBTV Music Television, America's longest running music channel, created by broadcast pioneer Jerry Bryant in1984. 

Peter is also an Executive Producer with a music collaboration, social impact sustainability campaign for the UN SDG Goals called Project 17 alongside The One Heart Movement and Battery Tour founder, AY Young.

Dr. Tess Mauricio is a Board Certified Dermatologist, Stanford University School of Medicine graduate, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of California San Diego. Overcoming challenges brought by being an immigrant and living in poverty, she is the founder of M Beauty Clinic by Dr. Tess with multiple clinics including San Diego and Beverly Hills, California.  

The youngest woman to hold the position of President of The San Diego Society for Dermatologic Surgery, she is also a leading expert in stem cell therapies and women's health.  

A sought after television dermatologist expert and awardee of "Outstanding Achievement in Medicine" at the Hollywood Beauty Awards, she has an energizing creative side with an incredible singing talent and has produced many seasons of her own reality shows. 

With all she has going on, she always manages to be generous with her time, care and powerfully healing energy. She also takes an active role in empowering other people, as she has with Krista over the years. Such a perfect example of beauty from the inside out.  

Daniel E Catullo III is one of the most influential and successful music video and 

live event directors in entertainment. With 25+ years of experience, Catullo has produced and directed more than 300 music videos, 200 live concert specials and DVD’s as well as over 100 web series and documentaries.

Anchored by City Drive Studios, Catullo’s business is an Emmy award-winning film, TV and digital production company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, Orange County and Stockholm. 

After the 2010 Haiti earthquake, Catullo organized a relief mission to Haiti and in 7 days raised over $1 million in medical supplies, wheelchairs and a donated jet. Catullo’s company DC3, is a sponsor of the Global Adolescent Project, a nonprofit that was formed shortly after the Plane to Haiti trip. Having lived in Atlanta since 1999, Matilda Arhin has become consummate marketing magnet motivating and mobilizing Africans across the Americas and in Africa to work together, using the power of her cultural roots and pride in Ghana and the experiences gained from her access to  4 continents; Africa, Americas, Europe and Asia.

Educated in Switzerland, she became the first black person to work at a Swiss bank in the early 90s, this opened up opportunities to global engagements. 

Over the last Decade, she has hosted Trade Delegations from Ghana and other African countries in Atlanta and US Cities and remains one of the most reliable and recognized personalities in the metro Atlanta area. 

Her relationship equity with corporate America and Africa’s public and private sectors, as President of her Atlanta-Based Ghana International Chamber of Commerce(GHICC), a partner at consulting company - Global African Partners (GAP), complemented by her coveted position as a past board member of the prestigious World Trade Center of Atlanta, has endowed her with the unique ability to swing open giant gates for Governments, Businesses and NGOs on both sides of the Atlantic to facilitate investments and developments. 

Ms. Arhin is a respected consultant/advisor/strategist or speaker on Africa On Demand by some of the America’s most influential Trade Associations, such as the US Black Chamber of Commerce (USBCC), Rainbow Push Coalition, Seals Media Company and her various Board Advisory position including Clark Atlanta University on Public Admin Department. She fosters valuable academic connections such as the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) started by President Obama to nurture African entrepreneurs. She is currently a strategic advisor/partner at the prestigious Emory University’s Economic Development Initiative on Africa and Middle East Conversations. She has extended her advisory role into South Korea and Europe. She continues to spearhead many trade missions to Ghana and other African countries.

Malik Adunni is a global connector, music maven, and co-founder of Gold Credentials, having worked in the music business for over 20 years as a tour manager and event producer. Malik has also helped produce large-scale shows at Coachella with top profile artists such as Avicii, Deorro, and most recently Nora En Pure. 

Other artists Malik has worked with include Kendrick Lamar, Quentin Tarantino, Bob Moses, and award winning poet IN-Q. He’s teamed to produce large-scale events for a range of clients from Disco Donnie Events ,Ultra, EventVibe, and EDC to working with the Summit Series on special events for Empire Entertainment.

Malik serves on the Board of Directors of Beneath the Waves and launched the world's first NFT (non-fungible token) for ocean conservation efforts. He’s on the UCLA Entertainment Industry Cabinet and is an Ambassador for When the Music Stops, Puppies Make Me Happy, and Thanks You Made My Day. He is a founding member of DC Sparkle Squad and has a children’s book titled Malik’s Magic African Alphabet Hat that he wrote with his mother Oni set to be released this summer.
